Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We currently only ship within the UK.

All orders will take 1-3 working days to process (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
