Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We currently only ship within the UK.

All orders will take 1-3 working days to process (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if you do change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know that you wish to return it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

For change-of-mind returns, buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can put things right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
